We are pleased to welcome our sixth guest tweeter, Krystyna Wojnarowicz, who will be sharing her thoughts on the @ESPMINetwork Twitter handle for the week of December 5th-12th.
Krystyna is completing her MA in Political Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Her thesis focuses on the implementation of the norm of refugee protection in Southern Italian communities, and how individuals resist and contest the way in which protection implemented.She is actively involved in the Refugees Welcome social movement that seeks to create a more welcoming and safe space for forced migrants in Canadian communities. Previously, she interned with the UNHCR Resettlement Unit in Ottawa and she is currently working as a Program Officer for the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives at Global Affairs Canada.
